Our Full Time Scheduler role will involve a range of tasks related to scheduling and coordinating care services.

Key responsibilities include:
*Creating staff schedules: Organizing the schedule of home care staff to ensure optimal service delivery.
*Coordinating with clients: Identifying and accommodating the care needs of clients.
*Maintaining accurate records: Keeping up-to-date records of patient care and services delivered.
*Communicating with clients: Ensuring effective communication with clients, their families, and caregivers.
*Managing care visits: Ensuring care visits are covered when staff are unable to work due to sickness or other reasons.
*Care schedulers play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of home care services, ensuring that the needs of both caregivers and patients are met.

They need to possess a variety of skills and qualifications to effectively manage the scheduling and coordination of care services.
*Being part of our On-Call team including some evenings and weekends.
