Window Fabricator (Temp to Perm) Location: Essex area Salary: £12.71 per hour (increases with experience and upon permanent employment) Hours: MondayFriday, Early Finish on Fridays We are currently recruiting for a Window Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing team due to an upcoming departure within the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in window fabrication, although candidates with strong transferable skills and a practical, hands-on background will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities: Working across different stages of the window manufacturing process Learning and supporting multiple departments including hanging line operations, hardware selection, and assembly Supporting the stores team with customer and window packs Carrying out glass inspection and quality checks Assisting with general ad hoc production duties as required Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am 2:30pm (45 minutes total breaks taken at 9am and 12pm) Friday: 6:00am 2:00pm Benefits: 20 days holiday per year, increasing by 1 day annually up to 25 days Inclusion in an Employee Ownership Trust after 1 year of service Birthday day off after 1 year of service xwzovoh Temp to permanent opportunity with progression available This role offers excellent long-term stability, hands-on training across multiple areas of production, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive manufacturing environment.
