Industrial Cleaning Operative, Temp to Perm, Motherwell, Depot-Based with Travel Across Scotland, £14.00 per hour (PAYE) Benefits * Competitive hourly rate of £14.00 (PAYE) * Temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability * Monday to Friday working hours – no weekend work * Full training provided, including specialist cleaning processes * Opportunity to gain industry certifications and skills * Varied role with travel across multiple client sites Responsibilities * Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) * Carry out industrial cleaning of pipework, castings, and assemblies * Work with hazardous chemicals to remove contaminants safely * Operate within strict health and safety guidelines at all times * Travel to client sites across Scotland as required * Support depot-based cleaning operations when not on-site * Ensure all equipment is used, maintained, and stored correctly * Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Requirements * Full UK driving licence (essential) * Physically fit and able to work in a demanding, hands-on role * Ability to work effectively within a team * Strong awareness of health and safety practices * Background in labouring, industrial cleaning, chemicals, or engineering (desirable) * Safety passport and forklift licence (desirable, not essential – training provided) * Willingness to travel and work across different environments
