National Account Manager – Grocery Hybrid – London Bridge (2 days every other week) £55,000–£60,000 + car allowance + 20% bonus + benefits We’re delighted to be supporting a values-led food business that’s undergone a significant transformation over the last 15 months. Under the leadership of a new CEO and with a clear strategic direction in place, the company has repositioned itself as a focused, ambitious, and brand-led business with a strong sense of identity and purpose. As part of a newly formed business unit, we’re looking for a commercially confident National Account Manager to lead and grow this strategically important customer. This role is more than just account management – it’s about being part of a collaborative project team, shaping the future of a high-growth channel, and helping embed a culture of openness, accountability, and ambition. You’ll be based remotely with 2 in-person team days per month (week 2 and week 4) at the London Bridge office, where collaboration and planning will take priority over presentism.
