In this key leadership role, you will:

* Oversee daily kitchen operations across our busy resort
* Deliver exceptional, high-quality dishes with consistency
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
* Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service

*What we’re looking for:*
* Proven experience as a Head Chef
* Passion for food, people, and hospitality excellence
* Own reliable transport
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and festive periods
* Must have availability across 7 days per week on a rota basis - Various contracted hours available.
