The Rothschild Foundation's Career Pathways Programme is an innovative programme offering opportunities across multiple departments at Waddesdon Manor and the Rothschild Foundation. We are offering 13 internship opportunities across Waddesdon Manor and the Rothschild Foundation. Our internships are:
- Agricultural Workshop Fleet Maintenance
- Avairy
- Biodiversity and Environmental Conservation
- Collections Management
- Finance
- Gardens
- Hotel and Hospitality Management
- Learning
- Marketing and Communications
- Preventative Conservation
- Property Management
- Retail - Buying and Merchandising
- World of Wine
As part of the Pathways Programme, you can:
- Work full time for a year from September, earning National Living Wage
- Gain unparalleled experience across several departments and develop new skills
- Work in a beautiful setting, in acres of stunning parkland
- Have access to our extensive staff events programme, wellbeing sessions and benefits
- Be encouraged to try new things and step out of your comfort zone in a well supported framework
- Apply to live on-site for the duration of your internship
- Participate in our Sustainability Committee and EDI Committee and learn the challenges and opportunities in these areas for a charitable organisation
- Receive 1-1 coaching and mentoring, build your future network and connect with your cohort of interns – we take 13 placements a year

You do not need any specific qualifications or experience to be eligible to apply for this Internship, although we are likely to require good communication skills to enable you to succeed.
