Hybrid Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing Refurbishment

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee refurbishment and void works for social housing across the Wrexham region, with hybrid work from the Wrexham office, home, and on-site as required. You will manage costs, procurement, and payments for multi-site contracts within a long-term framework with a new client.

You will have trade experience in social housing refurbishment, strong IT and MS Office skills, excellent communication, and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
