Credit Control & Accounts Assistant (Maternity Cover) Hybrid Working | £35,000–£37,000 | Early Finish Fridays We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Credit Control & Accounts Assistant to join our busy finance team on a maternity cover contract. What You’ll Be Doing * Managing credit control and chasing overdue payments * Raising and processing sales invoices and credit notes * Preparing debtor reports and monthly statements * Allocating bank receipts and maintaining accurate records * Processing engineer/QS timesheets and subcontractor invoices * Submitting invoices electronically via portals and Tungsten Network What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or similar finance role * Strong Excel and accounting software skills * Excellent attention to detail and organisation * Confident communicator with a proactive approach What’s On Offer * Hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 days home * Early 4pm finish every Friday * 23 days holiday + increases with service * Private healthcare, life insurance & enhanced sick pay * Profit share scheme, pension & cycle to work scheme * Subsidised restaurant & gym discounts 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm Apply now to join a supportive and growing team where your contribution truly matters
