Job Title: Panel Van Conversion Specialist Pay Rate: £13.45 – £14.71 per hour (DOE) Start Date: ASAP Positions: Ongoing Overview We are recruiting Panel Van Conversion Specialists to join a busy workshop team. You’ll be responsible for converting panel vans to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting production deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Carry out van conversions to job specs and drawings * Install ply lining, flooring, racking, and storage systems * Fit lighting, electrical accessories, locks, and vehicle equipment * Complete basic electrical and mechanical installations * Ensure all work meets quality standards and is ready for handover * Work to production schedules and support team output Requirements * Experience in vehicle conversions, automotive fitting, or similar * Skilled in using hand and power tools * Ability to read technical drawings (electrical knowledge desirable) * Good attention to detail and workmanship * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
