Are you a Band 6/7/8a Pharmacist with NHS hospital experience in dispensary and/or ward settings ? Looking to make an impact while enjoying flexible locum work? One of our valued NHS clients in South Yorkshire is urgently seeking talented professionals like you for ongoing locum opportunities .

Pay Rates: £25–£36/hour (umbrella or PAYE equivalent, based on experience) Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing Location: South Yorkshire NHS Hospital Sites

Your role will include :

• Medicines reconciliation & clinical review
• Ensuring safe, evidence-based medication use
• Updating handovers based on patient response & investigation results
• Therapeutic drug monitoring
• Patient education and support
• Implementing local/national clinical guidelines
