As an Adult Support Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping service users maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while receiving the highest standard of care. What We Offer Competitive pay starting from £13.06 per hour Flexible shifts (30-40 hours per week) Ongoing training & refresher courses Full DBS support provided Supportive and friendly working environment Key Requirements Minimum 6 months UK care experience Availability to work 30-40 hours per week with flexibility Access to transport (essential for travelling between services) Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) Reliable, organised, and committed to high standards of care Understanding of health & safety and safeguarding practices Your Responsibilities Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Support with medication administration (training provided) Assist with mobility and physical wellbeing Prepare meals and support with feeding where required Offer companionship and emotional support Carry out light domestic duties (cleaning, shopping, laundry) Maintain accurate records and handover notes Act appropriately and confidently in emergency situations Why Join Us?
