Job Title: Grinder Location: Gloucester, GL4 Industry: Manufacturing/Engineering Job Type: Full-Time Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Grinder to join our team in Gloucester (GL4). The successful candidate will be responsible for operating hand-held grinding machines to produce high-precision components in a safe and efficient manner. As a Grinder, you will work in a dynamic environment and ensure the quality of products meets the company's standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate handheld grinders to meet production requirements. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes. Key Requirements: Proven experience using handheld angle grinders in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of grinding processes, tools, and techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good understanding of safety procedures and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Additional Information: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm Salary: Up to £20.50ph Further information is available on request.
