Job Title: Multimedia Designer Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week Job Status: Fixed Term, commencing ASAP until 31 March 2027 Location: Home-based with the expectation of travel within England as required. Find out more by taking a look at . It’s an exciting time to join our Workforce Learning and Development Team as a Multimedia Designer. This role will play a significant role in improving and expanding Skills for Care’s learning and development offer. As Learning Designer, you will be responsible for video editing, graphic design, and e-learning development, ensuring outputs are visually consistent and learner focused, bringing our products to life. You will work closely with the Marketing Team and Commercia colleagues to deliver to our brand and style guidelines, and to meet commercial expectations. You will have solid experience in the learning and development / training and education, including experience of e-learning design and Learning Management Systems. This role will work as a part of the wider Workforce Learning and Development Team, reporting to the Programme Lead, Workforce Learning and Development, and be recruited alongside a Learning Designer to enable us to achieve our vision of creating great social care workforce development, and our wider corporate strategy aims.
