Benefits: Basic salary of £33,000 per annum, with a salary review after successful probation Monday to Friday working hours, 7:30am – 5:00pm, with weekends off 28 days holiday including bank holidays Career development opportunities within a reputable accident repair centre Supportive team environment focused on staff wellbeing Ongoing training and professional growth prospectsDuties of a Bodyshop Receptionist: Welcome and assist customers both face-to-face and over the phone in a courteous and professional manner as a Bodyshop Receptionist Manage incoming repair jobs, liaising with insurance partners and updating customers throughout the process Schedule repairs, bookings, and recovery for non-driveable vehicles to ensure an efficient workflow Organise vehicle collections and deliveries with onsite drivers Maintain accurate records using Autoflow or similar workshop management software Monitor customer satisfaction levels and handle any customer queries promptly Coordinate courtesy car allocations to enhance the customer experience Communicate effectively with insurance companies to uphold high CSI standardsRequirements of a Bodyshop Receptionist: Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Bodyshop Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry Knowledge of workshop management software such as Autoflow Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong customer service ethic and professional demeanor Ability to operate efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment A proactive approach and team player mindsetIf you possess the relevant experience and are looking to join a busy, respected accident repair centre, we encourage you to apply today.
