Quality Assurance Auditor – Europe & Middle East
Location: Biggin Hill, Kent (with extensive worldwide travel)
Salary: £40,000–£65,000 DOE + travel expenses, benefits & performance bonus
Our client is a global leader within the aerospace and advanced engineering sector, operating a fast-growing European service network. This is a high-impact Quality Assurance role offering international exposure and long-term career development.

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct internal audits across UK and international service centres
• Coordinate and audit mobile maintenance operations
• Manage corrective actions through to closure
• Perform supplier and vendor assessments and approvals
• Support QA projects, reporting and documentation
• Assist with KPI development and monthly QA reporting
• Provide cross-functional QA support, training input and follow-up
• Support QA systems, procedures and continuous improvement activity
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years’ experience in a technical or regulated environment
• 3+ years’ experience auditing against Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of aviation or regulated quality systems (e.g. EASA, FAA)
• Experience with audits, reporting and corrective action management
• Comfortable with international travel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
