Sales Manager / Account Manager Nationwide | Solar CCTV Rental & Off-Grid Power Solutions About the Role We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager / Account Manager to help grow our nationwide customer base for solar-powered CCTV rental systems and off-grid power solutions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in solution-based sales who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and managing key accounts across multiple sectors including construction, infrastructure, events, utilities, rail, and security. Responsibilities * Develop new business opportunities across the UK * Manage and grow existing customer accounts * Promote solar CCTV rental solutions and off-grid power systems * Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer presentations * Work closely with operations and technical teams to deliver projects * Attend customer meetings, site visits, and industry events * Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reporting * Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs Requirements * Previous experience in sales or account management * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Experience within construction, security, plant hire, renewables, or related industries desirable * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Full UK driving licence * Willingness to travel nationwide What We Offer * Competitive salary + commission structure * Company vehicle / car allowance * Laptop and mobile phone * Career progression opportunities * Supportive and growing business environment
