Salary & Benefits: £45,000 - £55,000 £5739 Car Allowance or Vehicle Sales / Upgrade field commission - 3% Employee ownership trust Superb company bonus Private Healthcare Life Insurance X4 Salary 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Trade point memberships Overtime available The Role: Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS) Carry out small repairs and remedial works Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems) Requirements: Ideally you will have experience working within the BMS industry and be competent on-site completing fault diagnosis You will be familiar with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision Proven diagnostics skills Experienced / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant - AHU's etc Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as: Bacnet, Modbus This is a superb opportunity that joins a brilliant team and works with a business who will offer stability as well as growth.
