Senior Estimator - Drylining £70,000 | Leicester | Full‑time Seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead pricing, tendering, and cost planning across our drylining projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings deep technical knowledge of drylining systems, materials, and commercial processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate tenders, cost plans, and bills of quantities for drylining packages Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documents Lead value‑engineering discussions and identify cost‑saving opportunities Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Oversee junior estimators and support team development Work closely with commercial and project delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within drylining or interior fit‑out Strong understanding of SFS, partitions, ceilings, and associated systems Excellent numeracy, commercial awareness, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously Strong communication and negotiation skills What We Offer £70,000 salary Opportunity to shape the estimating function within a respected contractor Supportive team culture and long‑term career progression If you're ready to take the next step in your estimating career, we'd love to hear from you
