Housing Support Officer - Coventry 📍 Coventry 💷 £12.71 PAYE / £16.88 Umbrella 🕘 Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm | 40 Hours Per Week 🚗 Full UK Driving Licence & Access to Vehicle Essential 📄 Temp to Perm Opportunity ⚠️ Strictly Onsite We are urgently recruiting for a Housing Support Officer to join a supported housing service in Coventry on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in housing, support work, care, homelessness, customer service, or community support who is looking to progress within the housing sector. Key Duties: Supporting vulnerable residents within supported accommodation Carrying out welfare checks and property inspections Completing support plans and risk assessments Managing tenancy-related issues and low-level ASB Liaising with external agencies and support services Maintaining accurate case notes and records Reporting repairs and health & safety concerns Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Strong communication and organisation skills Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Experience working with vulnerable individuals preferred Comfortable working fully onsiteImmediate starts available and interviews taking place ASAP
