Interim Management Accountant, Hybrid

Rutherford Cross is delighted to be partnering with its key client again to appoint an Interim Management Accountant for an initial 3-month contract. A growing organisation on the outskirts of Glasgow is seeking an Interim Management Accountant to support a busy finance function during a period of transition. This is a hands‑on role, with a strong focus on management accounting, alongside meaningful business partnering with operational teams. Produce monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge Assist with month‑end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve financial processes Provide ad hoc analysis to support decision‑making during the contract period Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS), although experienced QBE candidates will be considered Strong management accounting background with proven business partnering experience Confident communicator able to work with non‑finance stakeholders Available immediately or at very short notice Our client is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status or pregnancy and maternity.
