What you'll have behind you Centralised HR, payroll, quality and marketing teams An in-house recruitment function with zero agency use — you'll always have the staff you need Ongoing training and development through Routes Academy Regular access to senior leadership — your voice matters here Digital care plans and dedicated IT support from day one What the role involves Leading day-to-day homecare operations across Sunderland and Newcastle, developing and coaching your team, managing budgets and service performance, and maintaining CQC compliance.
You'll build strong relationships with commissioners, service users, families and the local community — and have the full backing of a national organisation while you do it.
