Goodman Masson are currently working with a social housing organisation in Norfolk to recruit for an interim Home Ownership Manager.

- £315 a day INSIDE IR35 The Opportunity In this pivotal role, you'll lead the Home Ownership function, ensuring the delivery of a compliant, efficient, and customer-focused service.
You'll oversee a wide range of homeownership activities while driving continuous improvement and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience at every stage.

What You'll Be Doing You'll take responsibility for the full end-to-end Home Ownership service, including: Managing shared ownership and shared equity transactions, including resales, assignments, and staircasing Overseeing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications Leading on remortgaging, redemptions, and sales progression Supporting asset disposals, land transactions, and commercial property sales Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements Acting as the subject matter expert for homeowners and leaseholders Driving excellent customer service across all touchpoints Maintaining oversight of conveyancing processes and ensuring audit compliance Collaborating with brokers, lenders, and legal professionals Identifying opportunities to improve processes, maximise value, and enhance service delivery About You We're looking for someone who brings both expertise and leadership capability.
You'll ideally have: Strong experience managing within a Home Ownership or similar environment In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end sales process and relevant legislation (including RTB/RTA) Experience working in a regulated sector xwzovoh A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside brokers, lenders, and solicitors A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality services Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Confidence in decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving Additional Information Hybrid working arrangement Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required Basic DBS check required If this role is of interest, please email over your CV to
