KeyResponsibilities Carryoutriskassessmentsanddevelopeffectiveriskmanagementplans.
Assessnewclientsforsuitabilityandprovidecrisissupportwhenneeded.
Adviseonwelfarebenefits,housing,andhomelessnesslegislation.
Developclient-ledsupportplanstohelpachieveshort-andlong-termgoals.
Makereferralsandassistclientsinaccessinghealth,education,employment,andcommunityservices.
Promoteresidentinvolvementanddeliverone-to-oneandgroupinterventions.
Ensurecompliancewithsafeguarding,confidentiality,anddataprotectionprotocols.
Maintainaccuraterecordsandsupportfacilitymanagement,includingsafetychecksandroominspections.
