Job Specification
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately record all work carried out on an item-by-item basis, ensuring all relevant data is captured.
* Maintain appropriate stock levels of routine consumables.
* Prepare vehicles (passenger, LGV, and HGV) for Ministry of Transport (MOT) testing.
* Attend sites as required to diagnose and, where possible, repair faulty or broken-down plant and vehicles.
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including COSHH, Safe Working Procedures (SWPs), and Risk Assessments (RAs).
* Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by senior management.
Equipment Worked On
Includes, but is not limited to:
* Overhead gantry cranes
* Combilifts and side loaders
* Telehandlers
* Access platforms and scissor lifts (e.g. Genie, Manitou)
* Mobile cranes
* HGV tractor units and articulated trailers (including trombone and rear-steer units)
* LGVs and panel vans
* Passenger vehicles and pick-up trucks
Additional Information
* All tools, equipment, and PPE are provided.
Location
* Norfolk (NR9 4LS)
* Occasional site visits required, primarily across East Anglia
