General Manager - Flagship All‑Day Dining & Late‑Night Venue (Edinburgh) OTE: £54,000 A rare opportunity to open and lead a brand‑new, flagship hospitality venue in the heart of Edinburgh.   We're looking for a proven General Manager with a strong track record in high‑volume, premium, multi‑faceted venues. Food‑led experience is essential, as is exposure to live music / entertainment concepts.
