Licensing Training Officer Murrayburn Depot To lead the development of a Training facility primarily responsible for the logistical planning and delivery of training initially for approximately 6000 customers. Contribute to the identification, delivery or organisation of future training opportunities for all regulatory and licensing customers of the council. Ensure occupational, mandatory and regulatory training is provided to ensure the council fulfils its service obligations and complies with legislation. Significant enforcement experience in a licensing field. Investigate, assess and administer legislation, which necessitates a high level legal understanding and interpretation Gain and retain accreditation status for training and create course content Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to produce high quality accurate work under pressure Ability to contribute to the identification, delivery and organisation of future training opportunities for all Regulatory and Licensing customers Qualifications and training Hold a recognised qualification in teaching or training equivalent to Level 3 Award in Education and Training in order to deliver BIIAB and City & Guilds training Contribute to the identification, delivery and organisation of future training opportunities for all Regulatory and Licensing customers of the Council. Ensuring occupational, mandatory and regulatory training is provided to ensure the Council fulfils its service obligations and complies with legislation.
