Are you organised, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once? We're working with a busy operations team looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to support the delivery of maintenance services across multiple sites. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for coordinating jobs, speaking with clients and contractors, and ensuring work is completed efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone from a customer service, call centre, or coordination background looking to move into a more operational role. What you'll be doing: Logging jobs via email and internal systems Coordinating engineers and contractors Making outbound calls to chase updates and progress jobs Managing multiple jobs from start to finish Updating systems and ensuring accurate records Supporting the wider operations team What we're looking for: Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organised with good attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Confident using systems and managing workloads Background in customer service, call centre, or admin The opportunity: Entry into a growing operations team Clear progression routes after ~6 months Exposure to different areas of the business Stable, long-term role Salary: £26,000 - £27,500
