Painter & Decorator – Social Housing (Long-Term Work)
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Painters & Decorators to join our team, working across Mid Suffolk and Babergh District Council areas on a long-term contract within the social housing sector.
This is a mobile role, so candidates must have their own transport and tools. All materials will be supplied by the client, and you will be provided with a weekly schedule of works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out high-quality painting and decorating works in social housing properties
* Working in both void and occupied properties
* Ensuring work is completed to a professional standard with minimal disruption to residents
Requirements:
* Proven experience in painting and decorating, particularly within occupied social housing
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
* Own vehicle and tools essential
