Broker Support Manager  Location: Northampton (office-based – car driver required) Salary: £DOE Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays) Benefits: Early Friday finish Free parking Company pension 21 days holiday plus bank holidays Company incentivesThe Role Providing administrative support to the sales team across live deals Preparing and managing financial proposals and supporting documentation Liaising with lenders and internal stakeholders to progress transactions Processing pay-outs, producing reports, and maintaining accurate CRM records Supporting client communication where required Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the sales processCandidate Requirements Previous experience in sales administration Strong numerical ability and financial awareness Confident user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Clear and professional communication style Must be a car driver due to office location
