About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing industrial division. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing desk, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in expanding our presence across the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors * Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates for a range of roles * Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts * Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial or blue-collar sector * Strong track record in billing and business development * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient * Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Offer * Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential * Clear career progression and leadership opportunities * Supportive and collaborative team culture * Ongoing training and professional development Working Times Mon-Thur - 09:00-16:30 Friday early finish 15:00 Pay: £30k - £52k depening on experience Apply Now If you’re ready to take the next step in your recruitment career, we’d love to hear from you.
