Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Aspire People are recruiting a confident and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across a welcoming primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and looking to play a key role in supporting pupil progress. The Role: * Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons * Leading small group interventions in Maths, English, and phonics * Providing targeted support to pupils of varying abilities * Assisting with planning and preparation of classroom activities * Supporting behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment * Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff The Ideal Candidate: * Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) * Has recent experience working within a UK primary school * Strong curriculum knowledge across KS1 or KS2 * Confident leading small group sessions independently * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Proactive, reliable, and adaptable Why Work with Aspire People: * Competitive daily rates * Long-term and permanent opportunities * Support from an experienced consultant * Access to CPD and training This role is ideal for a Level 3 TA looking to take on more responsibility within the classroom and make a real impact.
