Multi Trader

As a Multi Trader, you'll carry out a variety of general maintenance and refurbishment tasks across multiple trades, working independently or as part of a small team on both resdiential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: * Help bring materials to and from site * Securely install steels * Complete brick and block work to a high standard * Painting and decorating to a high standard * Working from job sheets/schedules and completing paperwork accurately * Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards * Liaising professionally with clients/tenants on site What We're Looking For: * Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Handyperson across several disciplines * Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ or time-served) an advantage * Valid CSCS card (preffered not essential) * Own tools and reliable transport * Full UK driving licence * Ability to work independently and manage own workload * Good communication and customer service skills What's On Offer: * Competitive day rate/salary * Steady, ongoing work * Temp-to-perm * Chance for a rise in day rate How to Apply If you're a skilled, versatile tradesperson looking for your next opportunity, apply today or call Prime Placers Ltd for more information.
