An exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant to join a busy HR team, providing operational support across HR administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience handling confidential data and producing accurate management information using advanced Excel skills.

Description
Key Responsibilities
Support the coordination and administration of the organisation's learning and development programme.
Maintain and monitor training plans, ensuring learning activities are delivered effectively and on schedule.
Produce HR reports, dashboards and management information using Excel and other data analysis tools.
Analyse, reconcile and validate HR data to support informed business decision-making.
Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, maintaining accurate and confidential documentation.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys and wellbeing activities.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business and external providers.
Support employee lifecycle activities and provide general HR administrative assistance as required.
Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.Profile
The Successful Applicant Will:
Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Have at least three years' experience within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.
Possess advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis, and reporting.
Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Have experience handling sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Display exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Be able to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a wider HR team.
Demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to supporting a broad range of HR activities.Job Offer
Daily rate between £150 and £165, dependent on the level of experience.
