Join a dynamic Facilities Management team, maintaining a critical and corporate building in Devonshire Square. You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering day team responsible for maintaining critical back up, and M&E systems. Your duties will include: * Performing planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E and HVAC systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building. * Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a critical environment. * Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.
