We are currently recruiting a motivated and ambitiousJunior Quantity Surveyorto join a growing team based inMaidstone, working closely with ahigh-end, design-led construction clientdelivering exceptional residential and commercial projects.

• Assisting with cost planning and budget management
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor packages
• Preparing valuations and variations
• Working with project teams to monitor costs and progress
• Reviewing drawings and project specifications
• Supporting senior QS staff across multiple live projects

• Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (or working towards)
• Strong interest in construction and commercial management
• Good understanding of drawings and basic cost principles
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career

• £25,000 £35,000 salary(depending on experience)
