NPD Manager (Process)

At Avondale Foods Ltd we are looking for a NPD Process Manager to successfully transfer recipes from kitchen to the factory, ensuring that they meet agreed customer specifications through an efficient manufacturing process. Working in NPD you will manage the process team to ensure high quality products are taken through from concept to launch.

What you will do:

• Oversee and improve operational processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity
• Manage the process team to a high standard providing necessary support and training.
• Lead key customer visits, leading the NPD processes alongside production and the technical process team
• Communicate with key customers keeping them up to date throughout the process
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation from handover to launch alongside the process team

What we need from you:

• Third level food science / technology or food related qualification
• NPD experience within food manufacturing
• IT literate proficient in MS packages
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Analytical approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High level of both verbal and written English
