Description Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system. Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end financial reporting. Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation in an organised manner. Support the preparation of payments and manage supplier queries. Monitor and process expense claims in accordance with company policies. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as required. Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Handle ad-hoc financial tasks to support the smooth running of accountancy operations.Profile A successful Accounts Assistant will have experience in the above and be on short notice Job Offer An hourly rate of £16.00 to £19.00, paid in GBP.
