Production Operative

Production Operative – Day Shift (4 on / 4 off) We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment based in Methwold. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in production or manufacturing who is looking for a stable, long-term role with a consistent shift pattern and no night work. Shift Pattern: * 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM * 4 days on, 4 days off * No night shifts Key Responsibilities: * Operating machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently * Monitoring product quality and ensuring standards are met at all times * Following health & safety and food safety procedures * Supporting with line changeovers and basic maintenance tasks * Maintaining a clean and organised working environment Requirements: * Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting * Good reliability and work ethic What’s on Offer: * Consistent day shifts with excellent work-life balance (no nights) * Structured shift pattern with regular time off * Opportunity to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business If you have experience in production and are looking for a role with stability and a great shift pattern, we’d like to hear from you
