Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home Sutton Coldfield £55,000 – £60,000 + Bonuses + Excellent Benefits Full-time | Permanent Diamond Search are recruiting on behalf of a growing children’s residential care provider for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a new home in Sutton Coldfield. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage a children’s residential home in line with Children’s Homes Regulations (England) 2015 * Maintain and strive for Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings * Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, welfare and safety * Create a nurturing, stable and positive environment for children and young people * Develop and maintain Care Plans, Risk Assessments and behaviour support strategies * Recruit, lead, supervise and develop a high‑performing staff team * Plan activities, events and experiences tailored to individual needs * Manage budgets, resources and home maintenance * Complete all mandatory training and ensure staff compliance * Maintain Ofsted registration and DBS Update Service status * Report safeguarding and compliance matters to senior leadership Essential Skills & Experience * Proven leadership experience within a children’s residential setting * Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection and regulatory compliance * Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and quality standards * Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑building skills * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete within 2 years) What’s On Offer * £55,000 – £60,000 salary * Bonus scheme * Loyalty and performance bonuses * Company pension * Free on‑site parking * Company events * Referral programme * Store discounts * Clear progression and professional development pathway * Support from an experienced Responsible Individual and strong operational team About the Employer Our client is a newly established but well‑supported children’s care provider with a highly experienced Responsible Individual and a strong financial and legal infrastructure.
