Performance and Insight Business Partner Salary: £56,385 (pro rotated) Fixed Term Contract until March 2027 Birmingham (Hybrid 2 days a week) REED Technology are recruiting for a Performance and Insight Business Partner to join a well-established organisation on a fixed-term contract through to March 2027, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced performance, insight or business intelligence professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business decisions. Working in a highly visible business partnering role, you will support senior stakeholders by delivering insightful reporting, customer research, performance analysis and strategic recommendations. You'll play a key role in helping the organisation understand performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement and support evidence-based decision-making. Key Responsibilities Deliver impactful dashboards, reports and performance scorecards Analyse trends, KPIs and business performance data Lead and support customer research initiatives Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations Partner with senior leaders and operational stakeholders Support regulatory reporting and data quality initiatives Contribute to service improvement and transformation projectsSkills and Experience Strong experience in Performance Reporting, Business Intelligence, Insight or Data Analysis Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders Experience producing dashboards and management information Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience managing or supporting analytical and research projects Desirable Experience Power BI Customer research and insight programmes Social housing or regulated sector experienceIf you are looking for a role where your insight and analysis will directly influence strategic decision-making, apply using the link today
