As our Lead Stock Condition Surveyor, you will lead and coordinate the stock condition survey programme, ensuring high-quality data collection, validation and analysis to inform investment planning and compliance.

Youll manage our team of surveyors, oversee the quality assurance (QA) processes and contribute your technical expertise as well as supporting wider asset management activities.

What youll bring to our team Youll bring strong technical surveying expertise, with experience delivering stock condition surveys and ensuring accurate, high-quality data through effective QA processes.

Youll be confident leading and supporting surveyors, providing sound building pathology advice, and preparing schedules of work, specifications, and reports.

Youll have a clear understanding of health and safety, CDM regulations, and contractor compliance, alongside experience undertaking EPCs, HHSRS inspections, and disrepair investigations.

Customer-focused and collaborative, youll work effectively with stakeholders while supporting operational planning, risk management, and budget awareness.

Youll act as a positive brand ambassador and remain flexible in responding to changing operational needs.

What were looking for Significant experience in building defect identification and stock condition surveying
- Essential Knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and building pathology
- Essential Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Essential Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Essential Experience with PAS 2035 Desirable Understanding of party wall matters Desirable Qualifications Construction-related degree or equivalent
