SEN Teaching Assistant – Lincoln Full-Time | GSL Education GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Lincoln. This is a full-time role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs. The successful candidate will be confident working with pupils of all ages, supporting a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them to access education in a positive and inclusive environment. The Role: Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assisting pupils with a range of SEN needs Promoting engagement, confidence and independence Supporting classroom activities and learning Working closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals Requirements: Experience working with children or young people (education, care or support work) Understanding of SEN and inclusive practices A patient, adaptable and positive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Full-time availability This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in students’ lives and support their development.
