What We're Looking For Qualifications : You've achieved your Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People's Workforce.
Experience : You've worked with children in residential care or similar settings and know how to navigate challenging behaviours like a pro.
Passion : You bring energy, resilience, and a can-do attitude that inspires others to follow your lead.
