Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant (Reception & Nursery) Location: Greenwich, London Pay Range: £95 – £114.55 per day Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary ANZUK Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Greenwich seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from an immediate start. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support pupils within Reception and Nursery, helping to create a positive and engaging early learning environment. This Early Years Teaching Assistant role in Greenwich would suit experienced TAs who are confident, proactive and engaging, with a strong background in Early Years settings. Key Responsibilities of Early Years Teaching Assistant: Support pupils within Reception and Nursery settings. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities. Encourage pupils’ social, emotional and communication development. Maintain high expectations for behaviour and engagement. Support the creation of a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have at least one year of experience working in a primary school setting (essential). Have proven experience within Early Years (Reception and Nursery) (essential). Be confident, proactive and engaging in their approach. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Early Years development and practice. Maintain high expectations for pupil behaviour and engagement.
