Registered Manager – Brand New 4 bed EBD Children’s Home 📍 Earley & Bracknell (Reading) 💰 Up to £70,000 Basic Salary 🌟 30 Days Annual Leave (Including Bank Holidays) 💼 £10,000 Ofsted Performance Bonuses Pinnacle Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting our client with the appointment of a Registered Manager for a brand new 4 bed EDB children’s service. This is a rare opportunity to launch and shape a service from day one building a strong culture, embedding therapeutic practice and leading a team that makes a genuine difference to young people’s lives. The Role You will provide visible, high-energy leadership within the home, ensuring strong on-site presence during key therapeutic and high-demand periods. While there is flexibility to manage administrative tasks remotely when planned, this is a leadership role that prioritises presence, engagement and relationship-building within the service. Flexibility is supported but hands-on leadership comes first.
