Refrigeration Engineer Location - London - mobile Salary: £48,000 + Excellent Overtime Opportunities We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing service team covering London and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for strong earning potential, varied work, and a supportive package. The Role You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems across a portfolio of retail and hotel contracts. The role is field-based, providing a mix of planned and reactive maintenance with excellent exposure to a range of commercial environments. You’ll be part of a well-structured on-call rota, ensuring customers receive a reliable 24/7 service. Key Responsibilities Service, maintenance, and breakdown response on commercial refrigeration systems Working across retail stores and hotel sites throughout London Fault finding and diagnostics on a range of refrigeration equipment Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within compliance requirements Completing digital job reports via company-provided iPad Providing excellent customer service on-site Package & Benefits £48,000 basic salary Plenty of overtime available (strong earning potential) On-call rota: 1 in 4 to 1 in 6 On-call allowance: £150 per week 25 days holiday + bank holidays Holiday carry over or buy back options Company van + fuel card Private healthcare Company iPad and mobile phone Stable contracts across retail and hotel sectors What We’re Looking For Experience as a commercial refrigeration engineer Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently in a mobile role Good customer-facing approach Full UK driving licence Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g. F-Gas Category 1 preferred) Why Apply?
