Key Responsibilities Act as the CQC Registered Manager with full accountability for branch performance. Lead and develop coordinators, supervisors and care teams. Maintain compliance, audit standards and governance across the service. Drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth across domiciliary care provision. About You Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks. Experience managing high-volume care services and multi-level teams.
