Graduate Building Fabric Surveyor
Location: Nationwide (UK) – frequent travel with overnight stays
Salary: £26,000–£30,000

This isn’t the type of role I usually recruit for, but a long-standing, trusted client has asked for immediate support, and I want to help them. They can offer an immediate start for the right graduate who’s ready to build a career in surveying.

The role:
You’ll be travelling across the UK, inspecting building fabric (walls, roofs, windows, cladding etc.), producing reports, and supporting senior surveyors on a wide variety of projects. The work will involve regular overnight stays during the week.

What they’re looking for:
A degree in Building Surveying
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home
Full UK driving licence
