Remote Personal Injury Solicitor

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of fast-track personal injury claims, including:

• 
  
• Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Occupier’s Liability (OL) & Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
• Handling claims from start to finish, including litigation where necessary
• Preparing key court documents (e.g., claim forms, particulars of claim, schedules of loss)
• Liaising with experts, clients and counsel
• Instructing and briefing counsel

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  
• At least 1 years’ experience managing a fast-track personal injury caseload
• Experience handling EL/PL and RTA claims
• Ideally litigation experience & knowledge of CPR procedures 
• Understanding of the MoJ Portal
• To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive (with practicing rights) is essential
