Teaching Assistant – 1-2-1 Intervention Support This vibrant Alternative Provision in South Birmingham is looking for a compassionate, empathetic, and patient Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-2-1 basis with one of its students. This school has an outstanding reputation for helping young people to reengage with education and achieve their full potential. As a 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant you will be supporting a Key Stage 4 female with anxiety and SEMH needs. This role requires a Teaching Assistant who has previous experience supporting young people who have faced academic and social barriers. You will be joining a dynamic team of Teachers and Teaching Assistants who provide outstanding support for students. The leadership team are supportive, making this a brilliant place to work.
